J.K. Rowling is a billionaire owing to her intellectual property.  I live from paycheck to paycheck owing to my intellectual property, which is a pretty solid indicator that I do not own nor do I derive financial or other gain from her intellectual property.  That, of course, extends to the rights of her various licensees, related indicia, etc., etc., none of which belongs to me or benefits me in the slightest.

The content on this site that is my intellectual property consists of the following: (A) a short story entitled Dies Irae; (B) a poem entitled Mt. St. George, BC; and (C) characters and content contained in Harry Potter and the Last Horcrux that relate to the Healing Order of Hekla, the Guardians of Midgard and other elements of Icelandic magic and magical culture, which are borrowed from my own unpublished novel entitled Saga, and short stories entitled Hekla Burning and Vokuro.
